For the first time in a long time I am becoming more and more aware of the beautiful commercial buildings of the downtown 514. Couldn’t help but scope out some fresh cut fashion while I was at it… besides, everything IS relative…

NOTES: Today was gorgeous… went to the poolside terasse downtown for some sangria with a view, guzzled some morning coffee (we went across the border early to pick up a convertible… , chilled at the autoshop, had an awesome “homestyle” dinner with friends, saw Transformers 2 (I heart bumblebee), and picked up an adorable ferret downtown that instantaneously fell asleep on my lap! Day a definite success
Retro Glam Sparkle!
Here are some personal pieces I put together to create a retro glam look – with a walk on the modern side (confused by my contradiction yet!?). I adore the colour black. In a patent shine, soft leather, faded out denim, sparkling or satin finish – black is multi-faceted and very versatile. 
I scored these over the top chandelier earring diamond look alikes at Aldo for $30.00. I love pairing them with the faux diamond chunky ring (below) $25.00 (Aldo), jeans, and some killer heels… top it all off with black winged eyeliner and sexy is mine!
Around Christmas last year I treated myself to this gorgeous Gucci watch. I wear it like it is jewellery – not a watch. I love that it isn’t bulky and carries the brands signature horse bit trademark into its styling. One of my investment pieces!
The jewelled clutch which I snatched up from Nine West is another undeniable favorite and instant classic to my life. Altogether, this combo calls for a slick martini and MAC’s russian red lipstick to pull it all off

Who knew staying organized could be so stylish? Last year (in October), I bought this Louis Vuitton Damier print agenda as a good omen for the upcoming year. I figured, as a young professional in the fashion industry I would need to look sharp and have all my shit together. Enter gorgeous agenda…
You know what… I was right – since the year has started it has always been filled to the brim! When I do not want to fill my bag with the brick that is my wallet (waaaay too many cards and membership shit), I put my plastic in the slots in the front and off I go!
It is a sanction away from palm organizers and blackberries that seem to only harrass you with who poked you on facebook….arg! Everything I need is in here… no dying battery, SIM card, or text confusions… simplicity!

Alright, I had to share this with all the ladies out there! I found the most awesome bra straps at LaSenza during the week… Rhinestones for all them Divas out there!!!
They hook onto your classic strapless bra (the one I am wearing is also from LaSenza) and bring a beautiful sparkle to anything you wear. Anyways, hope my nakedness isn’t too indecent for y’all out there – just really wanted to show how awesome they are! Anyways, if an actual bra is too risque for you, just imagine it as a bikini top .
